MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

Do consider the following guidelines, suggestions, and terms to help with the submission process and there by the subsequent follow-up process.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Originality: All papers must be novel and not simultaneously submitted to another conference. All submissions will be subjected to a doubleā€blind review process by at least two reviewers.

  • Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. All papers are refereed through a peer review process.
  • Papers should be the author's original work. Contributions to research that are both informative and critical are welcome
  • The paper must be written in English [either American English or British English, but not both]
  • The relevant conference track must be mentioned in the subject line during the submission of the article
  • The Manuscript size should be kept to 6-8 pages. A paper should have a maximum of six authors
  • Manuscripts that do not conform to the guidelines will be asked to revise. If not revised, it will be rejected. Also manuscripts received after the deadline, will be rejected unless the deadline is extended. Discrepancies if any do contact the conference desk

The submission will be acknowledged via email within two working days.

REVIEWING PROCESS

  • The abstract will undergo a peer review process by the conference committee within two to three weeks after its receipt.
  • Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within two to three weeks of submission
  • The Conference Chair serves as the head of the technical review committee and will take the final decision on papers.
  • Acceptance/revision/rejection of the paper will be sent with reviewer comments.
  • If a revision is required, the revised paper must be sent back within a week or two for further process else it will be rejected.
  • If the paper is accepted, the authors will be invited to register for ICITCC and present the paper.
